My name is Anna, and I offer a calm, non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences at your own pace. I am a fully qualified hypnotherapist with in-depth psychotherapeutic training, able to support you in a way that is gentle and effective. Whether you’re looking to explore the root of your emotional struggles, reduce anxiety or change unhelpful habits, we will work together to suit your individual needs.

My approach is calm, respectful, and always guided by you. You don’t have to face things alone.

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a gentle yet effective approach. It works by guiding you into a deeply relaxed, focused state, similar to day dreaming or meditation. This naturally aids your subconscious mind to become more open and responsive, allowing you to explore your thoughts and emotions with greater ease and clarity.


Most clients describe hypnosis as soothing and restorative – like giving your mind and body a much-needed break. It’s not about being out of control or asleep, rather you remain in charge throughout, simply more relaxed and inwardly focused than usual.

Integrative Therapy

Integrative Therapy offers a supportive, compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and life experiences in a way that brings clarity, healing, and personal growth. It’s an opportunity to be listened to without judgement – where your story matters, and where you’re gently supported to make sense of whatever you are going through. Using the integrative approach means I don’t only have one way of working, instead our work is tailored to you, your needs, your pace, your goals. Some sessions may focus on practical tools and strategies, while others may be more exploratory or emotionally reflective.


Integrative Therapy can be helpful for many things: anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, loss, trauma, or simply feeling stuck or overwhelmed. It allows you to understand yourself more deeply, recognise unhelpful patterns and begin to create healthier ways of thinking, feeling and relating.

About Me

This page may be called “About Me” but the work I do is truly about you. That said, you may want to know who you’ll be working with, and how I came to do this work. So here’s a little of my story.


I always knew that I wanted to be a therapist but life had other plans for a while, and I followed my first passion: music. It was creative, expressive and fulfilling in many ways. But like many of us I reached a point where I found myself struggling.


That’s when I turned to therapy – hypnotherapy and psychotherapy, it changed everything. It helped me reconnect with myself and I experienced true healing. I knew I wanted to help others experience this too.

So I began to study. I am now a fully qualified Hypnotherapist with in-depth Psychotherapeutic Training. I am a registered member of the National Talking Therapies (NSTT), the complimentary, Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), the UK council of Psychotherapy (UKCP trainee). As well as being fully insured.

My approach is Integrative, which means I tailor the therapy to you – using techniques from Hypnotherapy and in-depth psychotherapeutic training.

My location

I offer both in-person and online sessions, and we can work in whatever way feels most comfortable and accessible for you. My in-person sessions are held in Ringwood and are easily accessible from areas such as Bournemouth, Christchurch and Alderholt.

There is ample parking in Ringwood Town just a short walk from the Therapy Rooms, as well as buses to Ringwood from Bournemouth, Christchurch and surrounding areas.

Frequently asked questions

What is Hypnotherapy like?

Hypnotherapy is a deeply relaxed state where you remain fully aware and in control. Think of it like being absorbed in a day dream or a book. My role is simply to help guide you in to that relaxed space where meaningful insights and changes can happen more easily.

What can Hypnotherapy with in-depth Psychotherapeutic training help with?

These approaches can support a wide range of emotional, psychological and behavioural issues. Clients come to me for help with anxiety, low mood, trauma, self-esteem issues, stress, phobias, grief, relationship difficulties and eating problems.

What can I expect in the first session?

In the first session we will talk about what brings you here and what you hope to gain. I’ll answer any questions you may have and together we’ll decide on the best way forward – whether that includes talking therapy, hypnotherapy or both. There is no pressure and we move entirely at your pace.

How many sessions will I need?

That depends on you and what you’re working through. Some people find a few sessions helpful, while others choose to work together over a longer period. We’ll check in regularly and adjust as needed – you’re always in control of the process.

Is what I share confidential?

Yes, absolutely. Creating a safe, private space is essential to the work we do together. Everything you share is held in confidence, with a few exceptions (such as if there is risk of serious harm).

Do you offer a free consultation?

Yes, I offer a free 20 minute phone or video call. It’s a chance for us to talk through what you’re looking for and to see if we feel like a good fit.

What are your qualifications?

My qualifications are in Hypnotherapy with in-depth Psychotherapeutic training. I am a registered member of the National Talking Therapies (NSTT), the complimentary, Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), the UK council of Psychotherapy (UKCP trainee). As well as being fully insured.

Cost of sessions

Each session will cost £45. Please pay by bank transfer or cash.

Whilst you may find testimonials from clients on many therapy websites, there are many reasons why I do not publish them here.


I abide by the codes of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and the National Society of Talking Therapies (NSTT) which consider the use of client testimonials unethical.


I take confidentiality very seriously and in order to comply with advertising requirements, testimonials need to be verified which would breach the confidentiality of my clients.


As a therapist my aim is for us to work collaboratively together, so, therefore your experience will not be the same as the next person. Each client has the therapy tailored specifically for them.
